Members of the Department’s Recruitment Services Team (RST) attend a number of community events across the state to create awareness, and educate members of the community, about the diverse career opportunities available across the Department. 

There is a strong focus on promoting the Department’s critical frontline roles, including Field Officers, Communication Corrections Officers and Prison Officers, with staff representatives from these areas partnering the RST at the events.
