To apply as a Prison Officer you must complete an online application form. Our online application allows you to:

  • Preview the application form on the screen prior to commencing
  • Print your application form prior to completion
  • Stop and start your application at any time, saving as you go

Remember, once you have submitted your online application, you can not make any changes, so make sure you check your application carefully before you click the ‘Submit’ button.

Offence History/Background Checks

If you have ever been charged with, or convicted of, any offence in Victoria or elsewhere across your lifetime, you must declare this information throughout the recruitment process, including on your online application. Find out more about the Offence History check here.
