The Community Corrections General Managers meet with Volume Recruitment and Projects Team to review all completed applications and determine overall suitability for the position of Field Officer.
Following this review, all applicants deemed suitable will be notified of their success to the order of merit. Offers will be made from the order of merit, in line with candidate’s preferences and locations’ requirements.
This could result in offers of casual, fixed-term or on-going employment and you may receive an offer straight away or you may remain on the order of merit for a period of time before receiving a job offer - this will depend on your preferences and your nominated location’s requirements.
